Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your non-customized product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 hrs after Packet returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. However, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
